RETURNS and Exchanges

Upon the purchase date, you have 30-days to request a return for a return to your original payment. When approved the item(s) must received by Skinny Water Mafia within 30 days. All returns and exchanges which have not been received  Skinny water Mafia within 30 days or return approval will b canceled and marked ineligible  for return or exchange.

Please allow 24-74 hours during regular business days for approval requests and email responses.

Return timeframe starts from original purchase date.

All returns for refund will be required to pay a flat rate of $5.00 . We do apologize for the inconvenience but as a small business we can no longer absorb all of the rising costs of shipping, as they are increasing daily.

Skinny Water Mafia is not liable for any items lost in transit.

All items returned for refund that are received in a way that deems them unusable or does not confine to our policy may be subject to a restocking fee

Refunds can take 7 business days to process after they have been marked received.

Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.

Please allow one billing cycle for  credit card returns to appear on your statement.

If refund is initiated and original payment is no longer available than a gift card or a store credit will be issued.

Items from separate orders shipped back together will not be processed. 

Free shipping on domestic exchanges or store credit credit within the lower 48 of the USA are limited to one time per order, additional exchanges or return for return 

Skinny Water Mafia is not responsible for shipping delays due to carriers. Skinny Water Mafia is not in control of shipping delays once the carrier is in possession of your order. We try our best to make sure this does not occur but sometimes it does happen. Skinny Water Mafia makes a best effort to ship all orders within 24hrs during regular business days and excluding all major holidays but please allow up to 72hrs for all items to ship.

If you are having an issue with our return service  or the service will not allow you to process a request, you must contact Skinny Water Mfia for assistance.

Sale items can not be refunded or exchanged.

It is at Skinny Water Mafia's discretion on how to deal with items claimed to be lost or undeliverable by carrier as Skinny Water Mafia sees fit. If you are having an issue with an order that's tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact us and we will work with you through this situation.
