How do I process a return or exchange?

What items are eligible for a return or exchange?

You can return or exchange your items within 14 days of your order being fulfilled.

Items must be in their original condition

Clothing must be unwashed & unworn: free of makeup, perfume, pet hair or any wear & tear 

Are there any charges for a return or exchange?

You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

If your returned item is deemed unfit for a refund or an exchange, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you or you will not receive a refund for your return nor will a new item be shipped home to you 

How soon will I receive my refund or exchange?

Once your return is received & inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed & a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 5-10 days

If your exchange is approved, your new item or size will be shipped home to you ASAP
